Ok, guy i bought my Neo 29 from.
He ended up sending me a joystick for the 1st player ending up sticking to the left.
HERES the kicker.
sanwa style both, but player 1 had Harness. and player 2 wires go straight to switches???
anyone got one for sale?
OMG its nice how tight the new stick is!!
and the player 2 one I am ready to switch out lolol its awesome..

Next i will do buttons..
but first i need to figure out my financial situations..
I just got told today I was burning through my time off uninformed.
and also havent gotten paid since 17th of last month..
Oh im in battle mode now..
and broke SHIAAATT...

wow..

wow. yea no drinking but falling asleap at the keyboard lol.
anyhow 1st player joystick now changed out =).
odd thing player one has the small connector for all the switches.
player 2 joystick dosent have the mini connector. so sanwa had two seprate models that way??..

I want to get the 2nd player joystick replace eventually to.
its nice feeling that instant response to movement.

also eventually will do the buttons too. as for the orignal joystick. it appears the main ball/spring area gets stuck one way. grease may free this up?? or is it more a wore out spring?

now I'm groggy from waking up. so mabey this makes more sence?? lol
Have you been drinking? :)

I don't understand what you mean, "small connector for all the switches". Does your joystick have some intermediate harness or something? In most games, the game's harness has a bunch of spade connectors, and those go to to the individual switches that make up the joystick. But, I have seen a couple instances (like Berzerk), where the joystick has a short harness that connects to everything on the stick, then mates with a plug on the game's harness.

Not all games will use spade connectors at the switches, sometimes you'll find the wires soldered on (usually an OP hack). There are a couple different sizes of spade connectors too, depending on the particular switch/harness. 3/16" spades are pretty much the standard though.
