Was swapping a wells 2550 chassis on my offroad challenge and my pic was upside down. I unplugged the green/(i think yellow) wire from the monitor to the chassis and turned it around and now i have no pic at all. No neck glow etc. Still have the 120 volts on the power coming in. I didn't unplug this when i switched the wires and i didn't hear or see something spark? Did i take out a fuse possibly? the only one on the chassis that i see looked ok. I"m having the arcade gods really frown on me lately with my luck.

You may have blown the vertical output IC (which will shut down the monitor's power supply) or damaged something in the power supply.

turn your screen up on your flyback to see if a vertical line appears.
if it does then you certainly did blow your vertical output ic like ken suggested..
otherwise you may have opened up some of the non-flammable resistors tied into the horizontal output section. grabbing yoke plugs can give you a huge tickle when running if you hit any exposed terminal.
if you want to feel about 1.5kv by all means do so.
