Odd colors/vert collapse Hantarex 900E Turkey Shoot

So the Hantarex 900E is acting odd in my turkey shoot. The screen is stable but the vertical size seems to waver here and there. Also the colors are dark and washed out. It seems like I'm getting all the guns but not sure how to fix this issue, as I can't adjust it out. I have already recapped the board and checked everything and the chassis look fine.

Here's what it should look like:

Boards working fine. Tested it with a VGA converter. I managed to adjust
out some of the darkness. Need to figure out the collapse issue. Think it might be the HOT or something else?

well if i remember monitors correctly if you have a bad HOT (horizontal output transistor) then you have no horizontal output which means no picture and you have a picture so your HOT is fine.

Understood. What about a B+ going?. The colors/brightness pop with the screen size being jumpy.

Ok so it's has been capped and a problem persists. I think I did a crap job describing the issue. The monitors brightness blooms then dims. It's sorta ll over the place.
