I'm just starting out on reproduction pinball cabinets. I don't have near as big a list as i do in arcade cabinets, it will take some time to build it up. I do have some good ones though.

WPC 95 cabs, Kiss, Flash Gordon, Firepower, and big guns. i'm still learning what cabinets are the same for which titles, and i have some great help from a forum member here who is extremely well versed in pins. I plan on doing these in a few levels. Bare wood, painted, painted/stenciled, and also the options of blind nuts, vents, braided ground strapping, and whatever else i can think of.

I have the base price for bare wood figured out. Jpopson will be the one doing the painting, painting/stenciling, and also silkscreening the warning on the back of the wpc 95 cabinet heads. Bare wood price, 750.00 I am using a domestic birch, that has no eyes/voids, made from approximately 6 layers. This stuff is light years ahead of the chinese birch i had been using for everything previously. I had to step up the quality, to make these as exact to the originals as possible. John is supposed to let me know on the price to paint them. The transactions will be handled seperately, pay me for the cab, him for the paint.

I've invested 1600.00 in a professional router table to do the lock miter joints in the cabinet corners, 1600.00 in a 220V 84" table saw, and another 350.00 in precision corner clamps, i want these to be as perfect as i can make them. Here's some pics of what i have sitting in my back room right now.

Pm me with any questions, thanks!

This might also be great for a nice Virtual cab. Sounds like the Pinball Arcade folks are promising cabinet support in a future release. It would be my best shot to get MM, Star Trek NG and AFM all in my basement. I know it's not the same as a real deal but its a decent alternate IMO.

yeah, they can work for VP, i am really trying to break in to market for repro cabs for actual pins :)

i do not.. i wish i did! I do plan on rolling over some of the profit into purchasing sought after pins to copy. I also have people looking for cabs for me too. I love whirlwind myself, i've just never been able to afford one!

I'd be interested in buying a "flat pack" kit for a late-70's Bally head (Playboy) that I could glue together myself. I have a KISS pin also and should measure it to find out if its identical to the PBs... I think it is.

I talked with Jpopson on painting the WPC95 cabinets, sprayed black with silkscreened warning on the back of the head, 225.00

I have to price out all the other stuff, as far as ground strapping, vent material, studs, nuts, and inner leg brackets.

John has to unbury that one.. his shop is a disaster!

I could use a bare wood headbox for my black knight.... headbox is the same as System 6, so if you've got Firepower as a pattern it would work perfect for me. Hell, my BK has a Gorgar head on it right now after the original collapsed on me.

So, would you be able to ship a flat pack of all the wood pieces for a KISS head? This of course wouldn't include the light panel/door, but the box itself pieces.

maybe... i have to get it copied and figure out if that's possible. I know heads get beat up the worst on pins.
