NOS Genesis Ramps Arrived!

Very nice!!!

What's the word on the possiblity of a repro? I know in the eyes of many Genesis owners; you would be a hero if this can be done....

Wow those are just beautiful, guard them with your life :), that's
the first pair of Genesis ramps I have seen that have not been broken.
Did you have any luck getting someone interested in reproducing them ?

Make your own molds of plaster of paris, then one of us here can vaccum form them. The plastic on those ramps if you look close appears painted, at least one set of mine do, a guy could vaccum form the PETG plastic that is like the strong williams ramps, then refinish...just a thought..also,, those are cool, NOS Genesis ramps, have to be one of a kind..

That's pretty cool to have NOS ramps for a game like Genesis. You wonder how many of them are out there. You'd think there can't be too many.

If someone did repro the ramps you would sell a few sets to those who really like the game but then get stuck with a bunch of Genesis ramps that would just sit in someones inventory. Usually this game does not get much love. I have owned four of them over the years. It's a game I always get in a package deal. The last one I sold was a hard sell at $600 and it was a solid 9.5/10. The other three I had to part out. Not a rare game since they made around 3500 of them but a game you no longer see too often. Nice score on the NOS ramps. NOS anything from the mid 1980's is getting hard to find.

I actually think the opposite... I think you'll have no problem unloading these and then some. I passed on 2 Genesis machines in the last 5 years. You know why? The ramps were completely beat to hell! You know well as I that these are integral part of the game. Nothing more ugly looking than a game with ramps that are basically concocted with chicken wire and duct tape-not offending people who did this to yours...As far as the production values go, I think they are misleading. This particular title is not a good example, but some of the other Premier pins have a run over 2k+ and are hard to find! Most of these were shipped across the pond.....

So what I'm saying that if these were made a have a feeling you'll be seeing more "WTB Gottlieb Genesis" ads.

Please find someone to reproduce these before you install them in your game. Someone has to be willing to do it. There is a lot of Genesis owners that will pay for a new set. Mine are cracked and still function but I would easily spend the cash on a new set.

Please please please....... :)

I have left messages with Pinball Inc, and Steve Y, neither seem to be interested. I have contacted a local plastic shop, but the setup fee makes the idea seem impossible for a reasonable price. I want to help, but am running out of ideas. What do you guys think?

Try contacting www.pinballinc.com as well. Their specialty is pinball ramps.

He has tried them :(

I am working with Phineas to try to get this going. I need a head count of how many sets I need to have quoted. This may just happen people!
