First off hello all! :D

I recently purchased a very good condition DK cab. Something I've always wanted in the collection. Never owned a Nintendo cabinet so it's entirely a new experience for me.

I believe the guy I bought it off of actually bought repair parts from these forums so I'm hoping my noobie questions can be easily answered by the vets here.

I compared a DK 3 cab a friend has and his has a little box located right here and it looks like that's where the sound board is?

I'm not planning on fixing it up right now, but I'd like the sound to be playing until that time comes to fix up the cabinet, sometime after the holidays most likely.

Thanks in advance!

The D2K Brasington kit is good to go. You can get it from Brasington himself or Arcadeshop.

Where are you located?

I really don't want to go digging around for a $5 part, if you are local to me just drop on by and I will dig one out for you.

Other side of the country unfortunately.

Arcadeshop affiliated with him? Is there some contact email and I'll shoot him over an email.

*edit*
I can get by for now but the elevator level without the audio clues makes it a challenge. I can also keep humming to myself the audio but I think some family members are already tired of "Dun dun dun dun dooooooodle dooo" :D

I can also post a wanted ad here to I imagine. Just ask for what exactly? Nintendo Audio Transformer?

Arcadeshop is one of his resellers, no other affiliation that I know of.

I will try to dig one out for you in the next few days or so.
