I have the opportunity to pick up a Mortal Kombat 2 non dedicated, but great conditioned local game. I checked it out recently in person and the only issue I saw was that after it fired up, their was a little waviness coming from the left and right side of the machine. Does not affect gameplay, but do not know if it's a sign of things to come. My local go to expert said it could be either a power supply/monitor issue, but really would need to be checked out in person because that time period yielded a lot of crappy monitor makers. Just wondering if anyone else can shed light or offer up any ideas. This long time lurker and game lover appreciates all of your help.

Thanks!

Are you talking about the 200.00 conversion on Louisville CL? If so I would offer like 125.00. If you get it and have any questions I would be willing to help you out to troubleshoot it.

Could just need a simple adjustment on the monitor board. My KI had a large line at the top when I first got it, tweaked the adjustments and it went away and looks fine now. It could also still be a bad monitor like you mentioned too.

No bro, I missed that one. I'm talking about the one in E-town. Thanks for the offer. Once we get settled in our new house, I'm going to need to get more involved technically in my games and their upkeep. I'll prob use you as a mentor.
