Ok, but aren't K1100180A and K1100181A Arkanoid/Tournament Arkanoid? Which are both single pcbs, but the ones in the picture are double stacks so it won't be them? :)

You know what that was a mistake I think I just saw center city and assumed that was the title but was probably part of the games story line. the PCB is the Guardians of the hood. Fixed it.
