That Sanyo may actually be the 14" version. The 13 is nearly the same as to the 20ez, but the 14 has an L shaped chassis and no audio amp, and a totally different cap kit.

PM sent on the Sanyo 14"

EDIT: does anyone know if this is the same monitor Sanyo as used in the Warlords cocktail?

Can't say for 100% but I was working on my Warlords monitor today and that looks like it. The soldered video cable and three pin power connection is correct.

The tube would probably have raised "14"-something lettering. If it is 14, it could either be a 120V Sanyo with normal RGB video, or a 100V Sanyo with inverted.

EDIT: I can say that mine has audio amp shit on it, and is Nintendo (no luck getting it working so far either, meh). Looking at those pics though, 3rd one looks like crack by heatsink, chunk out of neckboard, and the way that neckboard looks crooked in pic gives me pause. Which sucks, because I'm still trying to put together 2 decent monitors for WL builds. :(

Warlords did come with a 14" monitor, here's a pic of my original one that was toasted. I can't remember what it was though.

The Commodore 1084 monitor (only certain types) can be used as a perfect replacement other than some mounting issues.
