I would agree with this.

And you would both be wrong.

You have undervalued MB by at least $1.5k.

MB has always been worth more than AFM. That has not changed, even though AFM has gone up in value (so has MB).

This fall I saw two MB's sold locally. Both PF's in great shape one had significant wear around the leg/cabinet corner area.

One went for $5.5K and the other went for $6K

They sold quickly so I assume they probably could have gone for more.

Average of the 10 sold this year on ebay is ~$4420

LOL.

Find me any decent MB that doesn't have a hole through the play field for $4420 and I'll eat my shorts.
 
Problem with that site is that there's really no middleground in this hobby...at least not with ebay. It's either a total POS and sells for next to nothing, or it's in decent-to-mint shape and sells for a fortune. :|

Actually there are plenty of very average quality games that sell for a fortune on eBay as well.
