I bought what is maybe an arctic caberet. Inside it has no isolation for the 4600. It also looks like it's been that way for ever. Note that the ground connector also looks never used so whomever did this didn't blow the monitor, but did make a shock hazard. It also seems there are no holes for a transformer to have ever existed. So how did it get this way? Just poor decisions by the original operator?
