I just got a nintendo red tent and I really love it, works perfectly. The only problem is my college bills just hit hard. I don't want to sell it, but the right offer will take it, so I will just let people message me with what they think is a fair offer. Not only is it a working tent, but I have amassed a huge collection of the best games just in my short time of owning it. I have 4 of the main pcbs all loaded with games. The PCBs are as follows:
1) RBI Baseball and Mario
2) Pinball and Gradius
3) Excitebike and Golf
4) Sky Kid and Castlevania
On top of these games that are loaded at the moment, I have spare roms to switch in including ice climber tetris and TKO boxing. I also have the roms and ppu for duck hunt (a rare one) and the full vs. pak rifle box for gumshoe including topper, marquee, ppu, roms, everything. This game is one I have NEVER seen on anyones tent. Although I have not set it up yet, I have 3 guns that come with the tent, one of them a NOS black one that is untouched! It is a beautiful gun that has clearly never been in an arcade. I have an orange and blue one as well as the holster. I will include all these guns, the wiring I have, all the roms, ppus, everything with the tent. Some of these rom sets by themselves go for over $100, i saw a mario on ebay go for 120 yesterday and it didnt even have roms on the other side of the board! So please be generous with the offers, we all know how hard these things are to come by. Thanks!

frankay.... welcome to KLOV.

I hope you sell the tent, sounds like a nice unit. Please note this is the KLOV community and ebay prices don't necessarily reflect what this community of cheap-ass game nerds will pay. You've asked for offers and that often doesn't go over very well so you've been warned, I hope you have thick skin and don't get offended by the 'range' of offers for your tent.

That said, have fun.

Now where's Tron Guy when you need him.

I know ebay has some ridiculous prices, but just saying these vs. system games seem to be selling for alot lately, even the ones that aren't rare! As for the offer system being flawed, I realize that, but since I am not sure about letting it go in the first place, I will just see what the KLOV market offers and go from there.

I love Vs games and Red Tents, but unfortunately most people don't.
Yo'ull get $200. - $300. for your tent with no games around MA, CT, RI.
I just got 2 vs boards for $40. So KLOV'ers can still get them cheap.

E-Bay is the place to go for top $ unfortunately.

If you can't sell the tent, let me know.
I don't need games or boards, but I'd give you a few hundred for the tent, if it was nice.
Then you can sell the parts for more $

Man that is a drag to hear...I really prefer the KLOV community much nicer people haha. I was hoping I could sell it to someone here rather than split up what I have and sell it that way on ebay. I will just let the ad stay here for a while and see what happens, I'll give KLOV first shot at it!

If it were closer to AZ, crassvw on here might be interested. He's the biggest Nintendohead local that I know of... But Connecticut is pretty damn far away.

Saturday morning sitting at Dennys bump.

BTW, putting up a price on this site will help your sale a TON, just saying. Start high if you like, and work your way down. "Shoot me an offer" will just be met with  ...

Well I was looking for about 900-1100 due to the volume of games I have here...and tbh the only games I don't have aren't very good (excluding Tennis which is only cool because 4 people can play) I know a tent itself is in the 500 range, and then between all the rare games, boards, and the 3 guns with holster, it would get up to around that price. I know I could get a little more selling them all on ebay part by part, but i'd rather it go to a KLOVer who would care for it more and appreciate the collection as a whole.

Welcome and good luck. I doubt anyone here would pay $500 for just the tent with no games though.

bheineck is right, you won't get close to that IMO.
I sold a red tent less than a year ago for $500.
I had 4 perfect, rebuilt joysticks, and was one of the cleanest tents I'ver ever seen.
Plus it came with SMB and Excitebike.

That's why I said I'd give you a few hundy for your tent with no games, the tent itself is worth about $300.
SMB you'll get around $75. - $100.
EB about $50- $60.

The guns are tough, I've seen them go for $10. - $100.
But they will also sit on ebay for a year sometimes, you need to find the right person looking for guns.

Either way, good luck with the sale.

Offer still stands, I'll drive out there and get the tent for $300. if it's in nice shape.
Thanks and good luck.

I actually bought Wonad's red tent last year for $500 and it came with SMB, Excitebike, Tetris, and Battle city. Maybe another game. The tent is cherry. Good luck with your sale.

Red Tent Sale

Picked up my Red Tent back in August for $250 with SMB and Golf in it. I saw this machine on ebay and was interested but it was out of my price range. I also would give you $300 for it and would come get it from you. Good luck with the sale but if you really want to get the most money that you can for it, this isn't the place for it. Leave it on ebay and wait for your buyer to find you. If you need cash asap, then KLOV can do that for you but your price will need to come way down from where it was on ebay. Best of luck!

Yeah I'm in no hurry to sell it as I do like it. I was more testing the waters than anything else. If the right price comes I'll sell it, but anything below and there's no reason for me to move it! I've had tons of watchers on it every week on ebay, so if someone bites then I guess that will be it, but until then I'm still enjoying it!
