Back in 2000 I bought a Nintendo VS Gun Kit, intending to install it on my Unisystem. 16 years later I think it's time to admit that I'm not going to get around to it, so I'm considering selling it, but I have no idea what it is worth. The contents have basically been untouched since I bought it, and are loose (I kept everything in the same box it was shipped in, which includes the ship date of 10/10/00 on it), but they appear to me to be unused. The kit includes:

1 Gun Assembly
1 Manual
1 Installation Template
1 Holster (loose in packaging)
1 Set of Hardware (sealed in packaging)

I can't find any flaws on the items, with the exception of the back cover of the manual, which is missing. Any help figuring out what this is worth would be appreciated. Thanks!

Is this the gun used on vs systems like PC 10, Duck Hunt, Hogan's Alley, etc.? What color is the gun?

Sorry, I'd upload photos but I keep having trouble getting them to post.

The gun is orange, and the manual indicates that it is a VS Gun Kit. I'm not sure if it could also be used for the PlayChoice.

I finally got the picture upload to work... here are two shots of the gun kit. Thanks for the help!

It looks like it is completely unused.....you would probably get around $400.00 on Ebay. Maybe more, I think just the holster sold used on Ebay a couple months ago for over $100.00. I would sale it in parts.

Restored Nintendo Guns sell for $150-$200
you have a NOS Chain that NO one has so that up's the value $100
everyone elses chain is either dented, smashed, cut short, or discolored

Nintendo Playchoice Holster sells for $100-$150

I would say that this kit all together is easily worth $500 being NOS with everything

People have to remember that its Nintendo NOS and that we will probably never find another one like this

Well, that's not strictly true........[emoji51]. I've just gotten finished digging in my attic and found a box of NOS stuff I forgot I had, and well..........you get the hint!

Thanks everybody for the additional feedback... it looks like a buddy is going to take the kit, so I'm just trying to figure out a reasonable value (otherwise I would consider parting it out individually).
