Hey... I figured I'd throw out a quick plug for a good guy. Check out www.retrousb.com. They have created a handful of Vs. games that are playable on the NES. They have Vs. Duck Hunt, Vs. Hogan's Alley, Vs. Excitebike, Vs. SMB, & Vs. Castlevania. In my mind it would be well worth the money to support a thriving NES homebrew / repro community. I would... if I still owned a NES. :)

**I don't know the policy of plugging random websites on KLOV so if this is wrong/bad/in-poor-taste please let me know and I'll post a picture of puppies to fix the problem.

I posted this in the video game section, no one really responded. they added more which is cool, before it was just mario and duck hunt

So how do these carts get around the security chip/PPU part of play? Are they emulated or do they have them built into the chipboard? They say all new parts so I'm wondering if this could translate over to a PCB... :)

I'm guessing that they just edited the rom to match the pallets on the NES PPU... Except for maybe Duck Hunt, which would use the same pallet.
