What a lot of people do and I would recommend it as well is to get a board for each game and just swap the connectors. I have 2 boards currently in my upright with one game each and I just swap the connector between the two. May have to do some fancy internal switching to make it a bit easier but it is there.
With the Red Tents it is a cinch as the box is already out and they can actually make use of the two games.
However, if you are comparing to having multiple games in one cabinet as easy as a PC10 or say a NeoGeo, it just isn't there. It was mostly setup (it would seem to me) as a quick way for an operator to do a conversion of the cabinet, but not a quick way for someone to swap it on a whim to switch games.
