I picked this up around 3 weeks ago and begin to do a custom restore on it. It had no NSS parts and now a days its getting very hard to find parts for these games. So far I have repaired all the damage on the cab, repainted all the black metal parts, wrapped the cab in new viny and new top art, repainted the base, new leg levelers, and installed purple tmolding. My plans are to use a snes jamma console with a snes sd card so I have all the snes games on one machine outputting to a arcade monitor. Luckily this machine can be split in half so it made it very easy getting into the basement where I do finishing touches. Instead of using the funky controllers I will be doing a street fighter style layout with a custom cpo. The three buttons under the mini marquees will be p1 select, reset and p2 reset. Im hoping to have this done within the next two months but so far its looking really nice.

I've seen several of his restorations. I've always enjoyed seeing his skill.

I've been particularly interested in this one (as well as on facebook) because of recent happenings..

The quirky controllers would be neat to add, but I agree probably unobtainium.

Gorgeous work! FZero was a favorite of mine from this console era.

I'm sure I can find them but I don't enjoy playing with them and I would haft to wait months for a set to pop up and more than likely they would majorly over priced . A traditional street fighter layout panel will be fine with me themed around the snes. I also sill need to get or find the top
Marquee

Finally got some mini marquees installed, Im still looking for the top marquee or a high res scan of one. Yes I know I need to install the buttons underneath the mini marquess

Looks great! I have a NSS myself and would like to spruce it up. Where did you get the side art? Also, how did you make those marquees? Mine are all yellow and I have yet to find a solution for replacements.
