alrighty:
c408 on this sanyo ez 20 monitor i have has the + leg from c408 jumpered to the solder pad that is directly above it (on the underside of the chassi). the solder pad is actually on the - trace thow. on the parts side of the chassis, that solder pad does not even have a component there. i think what may have happend is that the + leg of the cap was too long and it bent over against the pad, appearing as thow its jumpered.
or, is this how its supposed to be?
