Nintendo Red Tent Vs. PCB SMB and Hogan's Alley MK2 board

Hey guys decided to switch the games in my Red Tent to a different set.

I am selling a working Vs. PCB with Super Mario Bros. PPU (0004) and Hogan's Alley PPU (0001). You hardly ever see Super Mario Bros for sale Vs. PPU(0004) is pretty rare. I am keeping the 2 Cpu chips for another board. $135 shipped anywhere lower 48. Includes tracking and Insurance.

Reduced price $135 shipped

nothing here shows anything wrong. what this means is.

  • 0 tones - check the hardware and wiring for issues or damage/missing parts/voltage
  • 1 tone - sound board is ok according to soundboards test (not always true but 90% of the time yes)
  • 2 tones - U2 chip is bad/corrupt/not communicating replace and or reburn
  • 3 tones - U3 chip is bad/corrupt/not communicating replace and or reburn
  • 4 tones - U4 chip is bad/corrupt/not communicating replace and or reburn
  • 5 tones - U5 chip is bad/corrupt/not communicating replace and or reburn
  • 6 tones - U6 chip is bad/corrupt/not communicating replace and or reburn

for any of tones 2-6 a bad socket or damaged trace can also be the culprit.

A "Tone" is the "BONG!" noise you hear when you power up any williams/midway game from the 90's for the most part (your mk1 and mk3 boards should make this noise when you turn them on as well)

where it says "Sound IRQ Detect Functional" at the bottom there that means that everything appears to be wired correctly and the Main board is communicating with the sound board

Thanks Broodwich I will look the board and see if I can find any broken traces or wires that look bad. I have no way of checking the roms to see if there. Or even where to have new roms burned. I dont mind paying if you know someone that can burn me the roms I need. Thanks again for the input I really appreciate it!
