Thought I'd share some boredom...

Well, had some work to do on an Arm Wrestling conversion from a Playchoice 10.

I ended up using a PunchOut CP, since I could not find an AW one.

Filled the holes with plugs, sanded down the old CPO and drilled new. Now to see if the measurements were correct! :D

The latch holders bolts wouldn't come off....cut them out and put in studs. Turned out ok...

Still have to fill the holes around the action button (where the PO joy was) and apply the CPO.

Pics to come later of completed panel.

OK, now completed! Missed the joy hole (for the CPO) by 1/16"! Damn...

Had I seen this thread earlier... I probably could have offered you the CPO I pulled off my dual monitor cab. It's converted to a tetris CPO, but I can make out two holes in it that aren't filled at the moment... I think it was an Arm Wrestling at one point

I appreciate it, however, I had fun building this one.

BTW -
CPO = control panel overlay
CP = control panel

The latch holders bolts wouldn't come off....

Was it because of that green Loctite type stuff? That stuff can be melted away with certain chemicals. I know that "Goof Off Graffiti Remover" melts it instantly, and allows the nut to come off the bolt as though the green stuff was never there in the first place.

You're probably right. I was having way too much fun welding and cutting. A little chop and they were off.

I didn't want to have the bolts showing through on this panel. Wanted a cleaner look. I think it turned out pretty good.

I was actually debating putting studs on jor the joystick too...think it would of ended up slick...
