Nintendo PP-7B power supply fix

Just got a Nintendo Donkey Kong cocktail table in for repair. The PP-7B power supply had no +5 volts output, but all the other voltages (-5, +12, and +24) were present. Found bad solder joints at transistor TR3 and diode D9. Resoldered those and all is well now. Very simple repair. Took longer to disassemble and reassemble the thing than it took to do the repair.
 
And they have umpteen billion electrolytic capacitors in them too.

By the way, the two control IC's in them, Daigen # 3D-1001 are propritary to these power supplies. Those special IC's are simply NOT AVAILABLE anymore if you suspect you have a bad one.
