Nintendo Power supplies, adjusting +5v which pot?

Could you share which one you adjusted? I may have to adjust mine in the near future and it would be helpful to know :) since it is fresh on your mind.

VR3, and it is a pain because you have to open up the supply, but still have it hooked up. I put it up on blocks outside the cabinet so the cord would reach, and mounted it to the wood by one bolt and had it off to the side. Also I used Bob Roberts long monitor adjustment tool so I didn't have to stick my hands inside the case.

Bump for the most asinine pot placement I've experienced yet. Not even mentioning the glue, which bonded the pot to the neighboring capacitor. First I had to cut to separate the capacitor and then yadda yadda you don't want to hear it...

The precious fruit of this labor is a glitch-free Donkey Kong.

VR3 right? There VR4 is labeled +5I I have no idea what that does....

Hi Tighe, I know this is going to sound weird....
But I was having Pulsating issues with the monitor as if it wanted to turn off. And some glitches here and there.

What I did to fix everything... I did the full Capkit on the power supply. Didn't need to adjust the 5V. If you already have it open you might as well Cap it.
