**All sold - thanks everyone**

I have some spare stuff sitting around that hopefully can be of use to someone.

Marquees, $12 each, shipped:

Frogger *SOLD*- In good shape, typical nicks and wear

Hang On - *SOLD* Good shape, sticker residue on front

Time Pilot - *SOLD* Some paint loss on back, but I think would be covered by marquee brackets, a few nicks in main art, some sticker residue on front

Asteroids Deluxe *SOLD* - Good shape, small nicks in paint on back

Ms Pac Man - *SOLD* Good shape but faded

(Feel free to ask for more pictures if you want more detail)

----------------------------------------------------------

**Had a request to break the CP up, prices are as follows - buttons are sold**

Popeye CP Unpopulated *SOLD* $20 shipped - came out of a Popeye, has wiring harness

Cig-burned DK CPO - *SOLD* $10

Nintendo buttons - *SOLD* $25

8-Ball Action Kit *SOLD* $40 - Board (working), CPO, Marquee - The board is a DK board. If you swap the EPROMS out (available a few places I think for around 50 bucks) it'll play DK.

Nintendo Parts:

Upper/Lower marquee brackets *SOLD* $15
Coin Door with mechs (missing a few carriage bolts) and harness *SOLD* $30
Coin Box *SOLD* $12

Is there a discussion somewhere about editing prices out of posts once the item has sold, and why people do this?

I'm not personally annoyed at anyone who does it, and I respect whatever reasons they may have, but it's very frustrating.

It makes it a lot harder for both sellers and buyers to understand the market, and to get a firm idea of what to charge/pay, if we can't see what things sold for!

Good question. I haven't sold much on here, and when I have sold I have replaced the prices with *SOLD* because...everyone else is doing it? Horrible and lazy reasoning, but that's why I've done it; seems like nearly all FS threads I look at do the same thing, so I just sort of figured that was standard operating procedure. Only good reasons I could think of are it makes it clear that the item is no longer available, and could be too that maybe the price was negotiated and the seller doesn't want to give the impression that they sold it for X when they actually negotiated Y. Who knows. Either way, I've put the prices back in place - if anyone chimes in and explains that doing so is a big no-no I'll pull them.
