OK, first off, I know Mikes Arcade sells these. I'm looking for an original or a repro orange button for my Donkey Kong machine. Heres the backstory...

I got a repro button for my DK last year and it doesn't have much resistance to it even after adjusting the microswitch...the spring inside isn't very stiff. I just got another DK project last month and again bought a repro orange button and the new ones from Mikes Arcade are much better than last years batch...I just don't want to play $7 shipping for one stinking button.

If you have a repro or an original orange button in nice shape with good "spring" to it I'd like to buy it. Parcel post is fine :)

Thanks!

Tried stretching the spring, or maybe swapping it with the spring from another leaf button? I swap parts around all the time to get buttons that I like the feel of.

The last original orange button that sold on here went for $20. For the repros, you should be able to use the spring from a regular leafswitch button.

Yeah, orange is the one nintendo button that appears to be the rarest with the most demand.
If its price you're worried about you're better off going the Mikes route.

Good luck though.

My PC-10 has 3 dark orangish buttons and 1 lighter orange button all the leaf style. I had planned on replacing them with the correct colors when I finish my cabinet.

If you havne't found what you are looking for in a couple of weeks PM me and let me know.

Pretty sure one of them is the button you are looking for.
