Time to get another Crt.
How old is it now well over 30 yr's..

Post the tube Number and search for A good sub for it
in a TV.

Check your Heathkit on a good working tube with another
socket first before you start working on the Crt Tester.

You may just have it misadjusted or you had the UA setup wrong.

Thanks for your help ohm. Yes I've definitely wasted enough time and money on this tube.

update your general location and maybe a local collector with a BK or sencore can come check the tube for you.

if they get the same readings then you know your adaptor and heath kit is working properly.
