Hey guys.
I'm replacing the CPO on my MARIO BROS widebody and when I disconnected it one of the wires from the connectors came off. It was the pin side connected to the CP.
I don't know how to figure out what size these are so I can order one.
Does anyone here know what size it uses?
I tried the search but couldn't find any usefull information.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks, ERIC

Bob Roberts sells pins & connectors but there are quite a few different sizes.
Anyone know what size Nintendo used?
If I can get a size that's similar and will fit in the housing I'll replace both the pin & connector.

You are not listening my friend. It was an oddball size, and it is no longer available. There is nothing currently available that is even close.

Sorry Dokert, I'm not sure what your referring to but I have used .062 molex pins Part#1561-60 many times for all of my Nintendo CP & Wire harness, all except the DK & DK Jr and they fit perfect in the factory plastic connector.

The power plugs on the Nintendo harnesses use the bigger pins .093 and again I have done this many times too, you will need the extraction tool to remove the pin and a crimping tool for the new pin.

With that said, the cost of new pins & the tools may not be practical for just 1 pin and in that case I would just use the soldering iron:)

All the pins broke off my DK control panel connector one day. I happened to have some pin couplers so I tried them out. They fit in the original female connector pretty nicely, but I just jammed them into the male side and they're kind of loose. I'll eventually get around to soldering them in, but it works for now. I got the connectors with the spinners I got from Ultimarc (ultimarc.com). I don't know what size they are or where else they're available.

If the OP wants to try .062 pins, just LMK and I will send him some for FREE. The Nintendo power connector pins are standard .093 molex pins.

Totally different animal there, and we have sourced both the male and female pins for those.

It's not that I wasn't "listening" it's that your post was simply vague. I couldn't tell if you knew anything about what I was asking or not from what you had posted.
I appreciate the input though, if you could help me out with those pins I'd really appreciate it.
I'll send you a PM.

Thanks, ERIC.

Well Cupcake, I just sent the OP some .062 molex pins to fix his problem for FREE.

BTW, what the hell is "comatible"? Is that like having a Phb?

I guess when your 'technical advice' is once again completely wrong, you have to attack typos to make yourself feel better. Sad.
