I'm repairing an extra Vs. System harness I have that's been hacked up in various ways. This harness was modified to fit a standard switching power supply, meaning the connectors that fit the Nintendo power supply have been cut (image). Is there any manufacturer that still makes these types of connectors or supplier that stocks these? I wasn't able to find them on places such as Digi-key so I assume they don't exist anymore, or maybe I'm not looking hard enough.

I've always heard they don't exist anymore, but somebody more knowledgeable may know where to get them. Dokert made some harnesses I believe, so perhaps he found some!

These are no longer made. Timberterror has pointed you to the only type currently available.

I have found some that work well from molex.com

They have every number of pins from 1 pin to 25 I think and everything in between.

The only problem is, you have to have a company in or to "request samples"
In other words get them for free.

If you buy from mikes arcade, your bill is going to add up quick. And dont forget, you are not
only buying the housing, you need to buy the pins that go inside it too. And If you don't
have the right tool to crimp them, I have found it is fairly difficult to get them crimped correctly.

I think I ordered 5 of each connection I needed for my DK cab and 175 of the pins that go
inside of the housing.

What connections were you needing, I might be able to help.

Thanks Jimkirk for the reference, those will work great.

I retrofitted an expansion that has the connections similar to that of the Nintendo switching power supply onto the replacement switching power supply that came with the cabinet when I bought it. This way the harness won't need to be hacked up again. I also added a 24-volt transformer to run the coin counter. I figured because this was just for a Vs. System there wouldn't be much point installing an original power supply.
