I picked up a monitor with no burn from someone who capped it, now it blows the main fuse. I was hoping that they left a solder trace jump that I can find. Is there anything else common to look for?

The small fuse on the chassis pcb.

It can go bad while doing a cap kit? Or the newness of the caps made it go bad? Is that something I can order from Bob Roberts?

The fuse that is blowing is the smaller DC-Fuse on the edge of the chassis. It is a 0.3 amp 125 v fuse.

I was reading that the b+ adjustment needs to be reset to 108v. Does it need to be turned down before power up? This monitor worked fine before the cap kit.

Where is the best place to buy these parts? And more of these fuses?
