I got a little 14" Nintendo monitor in a batch of parts I bought a while back. I just around to plugging it in last week. While I did get a good picture on it (good) after power cycling it a few times, the picture began to collapse down from the top, squishing the image vertically(bad). The last time I turned it on, there was probably 2-3 inches of blank space on the top of the screen.
It's a crappy picture because of the scanline, but I think you get the idea:
Is this monitor worth trying to service? What are your opinions on what's needed? Cap kit? Something else?
