I picked up a Irem cabinet, and a PCB for this game from Japan. It is one of my grails, and I will never find one of the 40 that are in the US. For those that are unfamiliar with the game,

First off, I know I will never find a monitor bezel or marquee for this; I have looked all over the infoweb, and only found small jpgs that I could not use. Also, does anyone know the dip-switch settings? Finally, when I plugged in the PCB, there is about 1" of space on either side of the image on the monitor, and there is no H-size knob, so to make it look right I had to shrink the V size so there is now a 1" gap all the way around. I will probably have to live with this, but I would like the image to fill the whole monitor. Thanks for any help.
Edit: found the dip setting here thanks to GameTechGuy on reddit.com/r/cade:
