Night Slashers cabinet

Looks like Data East used a 3 Koam Z-back for that game. 1993 is about the time they stopped using the grey cabs with the round marquee.

Other problem is that is technically hindering the capabilities of the game. It is a 3 player game so that is not the right cabinet for it.....even showing a nice Z back on the flyer.

the flyer mentions a one or two person game.

did they have different PCBs depending upon number of players supported?

Got your PM. Great game and I love mine.Took me a few years to find. I suggest reaching out to people. I'll send you a guys name that might have one but he was debating letting it go, problably going to take over 700 to get it. Thats just for the pcb. They usually don't show up very often. I saw an entire cabinet (conversion) at Vintage Arcade Superstore. Sent a message to Gene and he was willing to part it out. Ended up spending 650 plus shipping. I'll keep an eye out for you. Good luck with search.

I have bought from him in the past, a Strider 2 I believe. He has some rare boards but usually overpriced. Once in a while he sells one in the proper price range. He was pretty good with communication and listing to offers.

Thanks Joey!

If I understand the OP, the cab should be fairly common. A lot of Street Fighter 2 cabs ended up in 3KOAM z-back cabs. Although it seems more common to find the red ones. I have been looking for a while now to find a converted one for mine. Unfortunately, I think they were limited to less than 500 machines best I can recall. We had one once in my home town, but alas it got away. I was lucky to pick up my board years ago. Even luckier to find an unused marquee from Bill Burger later. The control panel overlay and monitor bezel still elude me. Great game overall. Especially if you like Final Fight style beat'mups.

And for what its worth, I think dream TR is correct. The game is actually a 3 player game if you can find the right diagram for the kick harness. A better cab would be a big blue running Alien Vs. Predator with 3 players.

Also, 3 player style cabinets for conversions:

Most commonly used I have seen are Mercs, Rampage, or Alien Predator big blues....

Good cabinets to use:
Captain Commando (4 player)
Rampage
Pit Fighter

Other 3 player style games that were all converted:
King of Dragons
Knights of the Round
Cadillacs and Dinosaurs
Warriors of Fate
Violent Storm
Night Slashers
Double Dragon 3
