Nice Quantum cab on Denver CL

It'll be interesting to see what the sideart looks like under the paint.

Hopefully it'll be in really good shape!

Great pickup for sure, congrats. Where the heck did you find that board? Not going to ask what it set you back...

I have a Quantum in my collection and while it was running (WG6100 problems) was one of the biggest hits in my entire collection. Such a kick ass game!!

I wish I could find a working Amp to put in it, but it has been impossible to find one.

Here's a pic of when I first picked it up, the coin door was repainted and I have a CP overlay waiting to get installed.. she's a beauty!! :)

weird how all the pieces of the puzzle just come together like that.

To be honest, I don't think it was luck at all. I'm not asking or expecting Jon to divulge any prices, but when he is looking for something, he isn't cheap about it. He'll pay a fair going rate. That makes it pretty easy to find parts, even for rare hard to find items.

Today I got my overlay (thanks to Francis M from Ataricade) and the Marquee came from Joe Magiera.

Gonna start working on the panel now :(

Ok, so im almost done with the control panel. I actually used windex this time, so I dont mess it up. Not quite dry yet, but still looks very good. I did patch the holes but didnt take pictures of it.

I started to strip the paint off the game with Citristrip. Gonna be a while, but looks good so far.
