Sorry if this is a dumb question... Which protocols did you get with yours? What would be good choices for an Arcade Troubleshooter?

I like the price on these, I could stand to have a Windows laptop around to run one of these.

Seriously, are these things yours and you're trying to unload them???

You can get much better used equipment for less than this with more channels and better sampling frequencies. PC-based is not necessarily better.

Can you recommend a model I should look for? I'm not familiar with what is available and don't want to get something that is either too expensive for what it is, or isn't well suited to Arcade Troubleshooting.

Thanks!

No, these L.A.'s aren't mine.

Don't get the cheapest model which only has 2 probes, you need at least 20 probes as given in the midrange model.

This is the best L.A. that PC based that I found. I prefer PC Based L.A.s rather than a standalone used ebay HP 16300A or so. Test drive the software and it's features.

I don't get any special protocols for arcade diagnosis.

The only problem with the Zeroplus L.A.s are that the test leads are short; you have to lentghen / splice them longer.
