I'm looking to trade my very nice Atari Crystal Castles machine, but I'm open to selling it as well. Bentley Bear needs a new home. I've had this machine for a while, and am ready to change things up a bit. This Crystal Castles works great and has given me zero trouble. The cabinet has zero water damage and zero swelling. It has a couple of small/minor scratches/dings, and shows cigarette burns in the CPO. Excellent edges. Great corners and art. Just light original patina. This is a fully numbers matching unrestored very nice condition survivor. It is in fantastic shape. This machine is near stock and near perfect, with a few notes:
- Somebody ripped the Atari logo off the speaker overlay and I covered it nicely with black vinyl, and it looks great, but to be 100% right it needs a new speaker overlay. I did a ballast bypass style (proper) LED conversion for the marquee light. It can be easily converted back to fluorescent, if desired.
- The PCB originally had an interconnect board for the PCB cage for this game. That's missing. The PCB is in the cage and the harness is plugged directly onto it. It has a HSS free play board installed to get sound in attract, and an active attract with free play on.
- No coin mechs. No back door sheet. I have the original manuals.
- The monitor is a G07. Looks to be original and produces a great picture, but it does have significant Crystal Castles burn. Typical for this game.

I believe a fair price is $1600 for this, so that's where we'll start. I am open selling the machine outright, or to trades. So if you want to buy it, or have something to trade, please message me. The machine is in York, PA (South Central PA about 40 minutes north of Baltimore) on the ground floor, and can easily be loaded into your vehicle. I can help. Cash in person. No shipping at this time.
For trades, I'd be looking for very nice (B+) to collector quality (A+) machines - full size uprights only. No cocktails, no cabarets, no cockpits, no burnt monitors, no water damage, no projects (I have too many right now). I'd expect you to handle all the transport, and that would be considered part of what you're offering up towards the trade. Cash can be added on my end or yours to make up any differences in value. 2 for 1 plus cash might be an option. Currently I'm wanting: a Super Pac Man, a Dragons Lair or Space Ace running a Dexter, and a MultiWilliams in a Joust. I may even be interested in something like a cool one-player JAMMA (or adaptable to JAMMA) cab with a joystick and one or two buttons. If you have something else that's really nice but not on my list, message me. I've got a complete and running Millipede that needs some minor cabinet work I could be talked into letting go in a bulk trade. Let's talk.
Thanks for reading. If this ad is up, it's available.
