I picked up an NFL blitz arcade non-working. Came with a Seattle board. When I turn on the machine it would freeze when it is showing the version of blitz. I went ahead and made a copy off a. CHD. Things are load up further than that but now it freezes right after NFL blitz shows up. I get no errors on the board. I have adjusted the power supply to be within the 5 volt range. 12 volt seems good. Both voltages seem good across the board. I copied five different hard drives. When I run a self-test I do receive file system errors from 30 to 90. When I make a copy with CHD man I am using a USB to SATA dock. The music continues to play. When I do get to the screen where you select if you are going to put in your name at times it lets me. But doesn't go further than that. Even the time out countdown comes on goes to zero but nothing happens after that.

I was converting my Blitz 99 to CF last year and it didn't like the adapters I bought. I happened to have an old Arcade Services one and used that on there instead. I don't know the logistics of what makes the adapters work or not, but that could be your problem. though I don't think mine loaded the game at all.

if you look at my meter pictures in this that's my Blitz 99 I used https://www.arcaderepair.net/mechas-essential-power-supply-guide-remastered/
