your controllers are plugged into the controller pcb, but i do not see the power and ground cable attached... or the cable that goes form the pcbs to the controller board.

edit nevermind, looks like your cp is not on the cab in that pic...

yeah i just moved it so its not connected...everything was hooked up correctly...the buttons work fine, just the sticks dont work.

is there a way to convert it over to 8 way and still keep 4 players? I have only seen 2 player set ups so far in searching.

thats a good question and i really dont know the answer.( i know you cna use 8 ways but dont do it man)

go into test mode( did they at least hook that up when they converted?) and make sure the pcb is setup for 49 way sticks..

yea check the menu and dips to at least make sure its set for 49 way sticks and not 8 way, thats one simple switch and who knows?

I will check it out...might get lucky. I have the manual here for it as well.

Was goofing around with it yesterday and found a TIL'T token in it...so I guess that is where it came from...only thing is, I don't know of one anywhere close to here....wasn't expecting to find that.
