What's the average selling price for these (ebay)? I replaced my blitz 99' with a blitz2000/showtime2000. I no longer need the blitz 99', works great, comes with hard-drive, fan, pcb and owners manual.

I mean general public price, not Klov'er price. I recently saw a untested (....yeah, right) pcb without HD sold for $40 plus $12 shipping.

I quoted a general price. You can ask what ever you want for it. The best thing you can do is throw it up on eBay with a MAKE OFFER option and let it ride. If someone paid $40 for an untested (not rare) boardset I think they over paid .... but as this proves it only takes one buyer.

I just don't want to waste an auction by asking crazy money for it, but I'm not giving it away either. I was shopping for a Killer Instinct pcb and saw them unsuccessfully selling for $300-350-I consider that crazy money for that game and $400 for a Marvel vrs. Capcom 2 naomi cart.
Thanksfor the input.

Ebay isn't a good indicator of price unless you consistently see the same game go for roughly the same price everytime. I've seen working Blitz PCB's go for as low as $28-$30 + shipping and as high as $75 + shipping.

If you want to get the most you can for it on ebay it's best to wait until there hasn't been any of these listed for a while. I think $50 plus shipping is about right though. That auction you mentioned for the non-working board with HDD sounds like a fluke if it wasn't a shill bid.

i bought mine for 60 i think if I recall correctly, and it came with blitz 99 board and hd and chips for the original blitz and harddrive, all working

I got about $100 for my Blitz '99 board on ebay this time last year. I think what helped is that I broke down what made '99 great--it was the last year Barry Sanders was in Blitz and it was the last year Tennessee was referred to as the Oilers, since they are the Titans in Blitz 2000.

I didn't know those details before comparing the two games for myself--such information isn't readily found unless you dig through historical NFL rosters. Think like a prospective buyer--you are automatically drawn to NFL Blitz 2000 just because it's the newest, so as a seller you have to show them why they should buy Blitz '99. I kinda wish I still had my '99 board so I could switch it up once in a while.
