Newest Addition, Gaplus!

You can do that? What kind of voltage does the yoke get? Wouldn't that mess with the picture somewhat? I would think you wouldn't want to run the wires too long. Would a relay be better?

I've read that you can. Bob Roberts says on this page that a great number of sites mention how to do it with a switch, although I don't know where these great number of sites are :D

Here's one from Brasington that mentions using a 4PDT switch:

I'm not sure of the voltage though, and had planned on using a couple heavy duty DPDT switches. Only problem is the wires aren't very long and I'm not sure if I could mount them anywhere without splicing another length of wire in
Edit: Here's one more post from here where Lindsey mentions using 2 DPDT switches:

That is cool! I knew about swapping the yoke wires but I didn't know about using a switch!

Seems like a relay would work great, that way the relay could be right on the yoke and you could switch the relay with 5v from the control panel

Ah, so you're the one who beat my score :D (someone else has since beat yours too). I don't have one on the arcade track, but on my machine, I can usually get 250-350K. Did you use a joystick for a keyboard for your 470K on MAME? (I used actually used a laptop keyboard for mine)
Oh, and that special ship you can get lets you fire 3 times instead of 2. If you have some of the bugs captured, they only still only shoot twice though. I did my game without it (I wasn't sure how to trigger it, so I played with the regular ship)

Yes, AlexZander40 is the user name I go by when submitting scores to TG. If you can make it to Parsec 30, there is an chance of getting the special ship on that stage, though it is very difficult to do.

Very nice scores you have on Indiana Jones, that is a great game.

I have built two control panels with arcade parts. One 4-way and one 8-way, and I wire the parts to an I-Pac board. Then I can plug the keyboard into the I-Pac and run a ps/2 from the I-Pac to the computer.
