New to the hobby but having a blast. Be gentle. Recently picked up this cab and wondering if someone might know what kind of cab it is.

Thanks kindly for your time!

Dynamooo ... somethin' somethin'?

Need a measurement of the control panel and monitor to confirm.

Dynamo HS1 is a 19inch setup (doubtful) but likely a Dynamo HS2... again need measurements to tell you for sure.

Since you are a newbie - dynamo HS cabs tended to be generic cabs that ops slapped games into. Many games came dedicated in an HS1 cab for example (Street Fighter 2, Double Dragon II and many others) but I would guess at least half of all dynamo cabs were generic and just had conversion games in them.

Many later iterations of fighting games were put in these cabs which is exactly what you see.

That is a Dynamo HS5. The best way to tell them apart visually from the HS1 is that wooden base/frame at the bottom of the cab. HS1 cabs do not have that base.

The HS5 houses a 25" monitor and is heavy as hell. It is a very common cabinet that was often found in arcades of the 90s and turn of the millennium. They are usually found converted to various 90s fighting games. It is also common to find games like the Raiden series, various shoot 'em ups, and gun games among them as well.

Measured it and it does look to be a dynamo hs5.

Now to clean the various napkins, empty potato chip bags, etc out of the inside of it.

Thanks to all of you for your help!
