Newbie Pinball Owner (Indiana Jones WMS) Questions!

If your PoA stutters, it is the optos on the PoA optic board are dirty. Not the flipper optos. That board is in the back of the Playfield along the backboard underneath the PoA. You will have to remove the PoA to get to it. This is a common problem.

I have never had an issue of the ball rolling off the idol and bouncing back into the outlane. What is your Playfield slope setting? Make sure the lane guides are not bent or misadjusted.

Its funny you mention bent guides. After spending hours trying to level machine to see if there is any change I finally decided to take a closer look at the guide. The little curve at the bottom of the ramp looked ok but it had to be that so I removed it and gave a small bend (maybe a hair) and now the ball flows perfectly to the flippers. Guess over the years the guide got a little wide or something. Truth is I have no idea what could've caused it but it's fixed. Thanks for your help!!!!

Dammit Kool, I just finished my pin and was all excited about being *done* and then I checked your thread. GREAT resto, I see you did the cabinet decal. Eventually mine is going to need that due to some cabinet fade, and when I do that I'll probably do those inside decals like you got. One thing caught my eye and that's the brass plating, that actually ended up looking pretty damn nice, how is it holding up? Do you have any regrets on CCing or the mods you did (like the decals or the color-coordinated bumpers/etc)...
