So I was just watching "All Dolled Up: A New York Dolls Story" online via Netflix and at 55:00 or so they are playing Pong. I think they are at the Whisky A Go Go in L.A. probably in '73 or '74 (they broke up in 1975.) It's free if you have Netflix. Fast forward to it if you are a lame-o and don't want to see one of the greatest rock 'n roll bands of all time or watch the whole thing if you have amazing taste in music like I do. R.I.P. Billy, Johnny, Jerry and Arthur.

Don't know who The New York Dolls are? Here's an excellent video of them inventing punk rock in England.

I just saw that too. I haven't been to the Whiskey in about 10 years, but they always had a 4 or 5 classics. I think I remember seeing Tempest and Donkey Kong the last time I was there.

new york doll is a cool flick too. its a doc about bass player killer kane, he converted to mormonism in the 80s and got to reunite with the other living band members for a reunion, after which he promptly died. its a really good story.

i have a killer dolls bootleg dvd with their tv performance from don kirschners rock concert, among other things. blows all dolled up away! all dolled up is decent, but most of it killer kane wasnt playing due to his girlfriend slicing his thumb up pretty good with a knife right before the tour. he is usually standing around on stage somewhere in most of the clips, though.
