So we had our New Year's Eve party last night :) The basement was the place everyone seemed to be, LOL. 34 guests (including kids). Games saw lots of play, as did the foosball table and pool table. Pics below.

Game report / audits

Neo Geo (Bust a Move) No issues, was played continuiously almost all night - no audit report.
Indiana Jones - 34 plays - Developed a monitor issue later in the night.
Pac Man - no issues, was also played quite a bit - no audit report.
Revenge From Mars - 148 plays - no issues.
Black Knight - 44 plays - random lockups - shut off at 9:30 pm.
Hyperball - 16 plays - Auger issues - shut off at 9:25 pm.
Breakshot - 72 plays - no issues other than the normal 2 ball serve at start of game (had this prior to the party).
Tales of The Arabian Nights - 152 plays - One stuck ball, but easily fixed. No other issues.
Megatouch IV - people were on this all night. No audit report (not sure how to get it from this, LOL).

i put most of my games on tokens and thought about auditing last night but realized CarnEvil would throw it all off as i'm sure it got 400+ tokens run through it (players finished it at least 3 times and each run takes about 100 tokens.) that, and i was to busy doing last minute repairs to get the coin counter numbers before people started to play. we had about 20 people here throughout the night, most of them younger in their 20's + early 30's.

i'll report more what got played and what didn't, in descending order:

CarnEvil
Neo-Geo w/138-in-1 (mostly Puzzle Bobble and fighters)
60-in-1
Tempest
multi-Williams (never left Robotron)
Gorf
Ms. Pac
Mortal Kombat
Galaga 88
Top Speed
Time Pilot
Venture (only a couple of plays)
Fantasy (no plays except me.)

my only technical glitch was one of the token mechs i stuck in the Neo Geo was having trouble recognizing the tokens, so i put another one in there. that mech had trouble too (and both tested ok outside of the machine, so i'm thinking it might be an issue with the coin slot/door and not the mechs.

Nice lineup!!

Woooooooooo!!! Go RFM!! I love that game.

Yeah, me too. I actually like Episode 1 alot as well, but did not feel like swapping it into the RFM cabinet, as we had too much other stuff to do.

I love how some guests were amazed I let them play the games. Sure, 2 went down, but they are 30+ years old and that happens. they were like, "can we play them?". That's what they are for!!! I was told more then once about people just hitting the flippers continually. I just politely said that they were designed for use in an arcade, They'll be fine. And for the most part, they were, and people were very respectful.

I like to be able to play my stuff and share the fun and not worry if it's going to break or what may happen to it. If something breaks, we'll deal with it :)
