I know for most people here it's not too impressive but this is the first real repair job I've done on an arcade machine.
I placed an order for a cap kit from Bob Roberts and it finally got here on Thursday. I needed to pick up a couple things to be able to discharge the monitor. I finally got everything together last night so I was able to work on it. I got it discharged with no problem and the only hick up was that I couldn't get one of the wires disconnected so I had to do all the repairs 3 feet away from the machine. I was able to replace all but 3 of the capacitors last night but I was getting tired so I had to finish the work this morning. I got the last 3 replaced and hooked it back up and it looked a bit better. Then I got my fiancee to help me adjust the color levels and I can't believe how good it looks now.
Like I said I know it's not too impressive for a lot of people on here but I had to start somewhere
