new transformers pics

these pics look great......

just hoping the LE's have more of that "more than meets the eye" wow factor.

this could possibly be another hit for stern. 2 for 2 (tron followed up with the tf!).

Looks like a fast player, but maybe not the most challenging game... dunno what to think. Seems like there's lots of difference between LE and not..looks like they're continuing with giving the LE's extra actual gameplay features...I hate that. :(

Looks like the same standard ass layout they keep going with.

Main toy up the middle, ramps on the left and right.

I r not impressed....Transformers or not.

Where'd the somewhat different layouts go of their older titles? Playing IM and Spiderman are damn near like the same game, and this won't be much different from those or TRON...lame.
Now compare titles like TSSP, Shrek and one of the above...different enough to warrant owning all 3. If I owned one of the others mentioned, I wouldn't buy this.

there are going to be 4 versions of this pin.
pro
l.e.
and 100 units each of autobots and decepticons.
i have no idea what the differences are but i read that the autobot/decepticon verson will have the highest price tag. i got this info off pinhead.com

I just showed the play field pic to my son and he said: Ugh. Looks like a MESS!

I have to agree. I LOVE Tron LE, but this just doesn't appeal to me...

i showed it to my 6 year old and he went bonkers. of course, he loves the transformers.

I don't know what to make of that playfield. It looks so cluttered with plastic toys I can't make out where the ball is suppost to go.

I'll be passing on this...

Ugh..I was really hoping for some G1 goodness, but I guess they would have to go with the recent movie theme as it makes more sense universally towards a sales standpoint.

They playfield is pretty cluttered.

Not as impressed as I wanted to be. Hopefully it plays way better then it looks.

Not sure what to think of this as yet. The shots look pretty generic, like a lot of other recent pins. The toys and ramps look friggin sweet. Cabinet and translite art are sorta meh. Playfield art is bland.

Gonna have to think on this one. I don't have a pin that has similar shots and the theme is cool, but I might prefer to spend on something time tested like a TSPP next time one is up FS.

I think all pinballs look better in person w/ real lighting than they do in pictures...I think this one definitely will look hot in person. As for the shots...yeah, you can say it's "just a fan layout" ...but so is AFM, MM, MB, SS...and people covet those games. It all comes down to what the shots do, and how the code uses them. There's gonna be a lot going on w/ these shots, especially w/ the LE version. Aside from controlled gates that will change what the orbit shots do, the center shot 2 things - a loop, and a transforming ramp that launches the ball into Prime. The Megatron shot is a lock w/ a cannon that fires the balls at you. On the LE, I think the left ramp is gonna have a Starscream target that might give that shot a few different functions...and I think the right ramp takes the ball to the controllable upper playfield and/or back to the flipper.

Well hopefully we will see some way more finalized versions in video previews soon. I need to see what I'm buying, but if I wait until it's actually launched I probably won't be able to get the regular LE for the price I want.
