Has anyone ever had these tempered glasses made from a local glass company and if so what did it cost to be made? I need to get 3 or 4 new ones to replace some scratched up originals.

Standard playfield glass is 43" x 21" x3/16"

Must be tempered

Usually ask for no tempered logo on the finished glass

If for some reason local law requires the tempered logo, ask for it as far in one corner towards the edge as possible

Edges should be smooth, but don't need polishing or special finish as the edges won't be exposed

I usually get a quote for 10 or 20 sheets at once, and go in with other local pinheads, to bring the price as far down as possible

Best price I have gotten locally is 25.00/sheet, the same as I used to be able to get glass at shows, before dealers stopped bringing glass to shows

You can get vastly different prices from different glass shops - pays to ask around

I've tried locally and they wanted a fortune. Like, $60.

I always end up @ pinball life. After shipping it ends up being $45 a sheet which is kind of pricey but its no fuss. No muss. Arrives at my door in couple days.

My local glass shop was $32 for a standard sheet and $36 for a widebody. If I need several sheets chad keller in st.louis sells them for $25

Here in western Ma I've found a few glass shops that will sell me sheets of pin glass.. Usually in the $30-35 range.. Cheaper if I could buy from the source, a mile away.. But I'm not a glass shop :( I've even tried to set up an account to buy in bulk (20-40 sheets at $15 each). But the sales guy never returns my calls..
