This was purchased months before the Allentown show, but I picked it up at the show. I can't believe I actually have this!! So excited!! Thank you to Vic for the sale, and thank you to EagleTG for helping me to get it into the basement, acquiring the game for me on Friday, unwrapping it, setting it up in the free play area, fixing the VUK switch, and keeping an eye on it all weekend...

It was a routed machine but is in very nice condition. I am very excited about this one. More than any pin I have ever gotten before.

I call this a score because it was a great deal. Plays great, mey need a flipper rebuild, but was as described and I am quite happy. I need an Arwen plastic, but I expected that.

Because people will ask, I will tell you the price was $2600.

I am starting to get tired of your "look what I scored threads". Save some for the rest of us. And no pf pics, tsk tsk.

Seriously though, nice pickup. It is on my wish list.

Enjoy it.

Yeah, you can find a NOS playfield and put it in and STILL be ahead of the curve at that price.

Wanna trade for a Stargate? :p

*Edit* P.S. You will never find an Arwen plastic. Just get the generic one and the ramp mod so that the ball doesn't fall on it any more.

I thought the days of great games in working condition for a reasonable price were over! Thats the most solid score I've seen in a long time. Congrats! :)

Outside of the nasty flipper wear, it's a nice looking machine.

Yeah, that's the only real negative that I have found. Already ordered some siderails with the button protector area. Was considering just the botton area covers, but I think the siderails are a more finished look.

Um, thanks for the offer, but no :) Yeah, I know I won't find the original, so I did get the generic one, and I already have the protector, just need to get them both installed.

There are good deals out there yet. Between this and the $1000 BK2K I think I may have used up my good deals for the year :( - The really interesting thing (to me anyway) is that these deals came to me. I was not looking to get either of them at the time, but apparently I needed them, LOL

... and thank you to EagleTG for helping me to get it into the basement.

Oh sure, no thanks for me acquiring the game for you on Friday, unwrapping it, setting it up in the free play area, fixing the VUK switch, and keeping an eye on it all weekend...

Just, "oh yeah, hey, thanks for controlling gravity's pull on the game just long enough to have it fall into my basement"...

:p

Edit: HAHahah, thanks for fixing it in the original post!!

Hahahah... Well, since YOU went there... What, no thanks for me having my awesome games at your place letting you play them whenever you want, and assisting with fixing your games from time to time (while leaving my games unfixed for months/years on end, but that's beside the point). Oh, and assisting with countless game moves into and out of your basement. Even ones that would "never leave" like, oh, I don't know... Smash TV? What was that there for, two months? Heaviest freaking game ever, and I gotta move it a million times, and on top of that DELIVER IT TO THE NEW OWNER and SCHLEP it into his house TOO.

(Thanks for getting the trailer, lugging my games, unloading them, setting them up, and the free storage.) :)
