I went to find a couple of "monitor" cabinets and maybe a keeper... ended up with an Ice Cold Beer.

I just got it inside... I went in the wrong order... ... the Main Event cab (now Golden Tee... monitor cab) was a nightmare to get in... ICB was a breeze... almost enjoyable.

As with pretty much anything I pick up... not working right now. But lights up, flashes... yadda yadda... I'll dig into tomorrow. The bottom platform needs to be rebuilt/replaced. But, no biggie.

jealous! that is one clean ICB. i've been looking around here for one, as i'm 'out of room' per the wife, but she loves it, so i could squeeze one in the game room if i found one.

Hang onto that one, a new sideart package is just around the corner. A cpo repro is also a real possibility.

My CPO is in pretty good shape. If I had a scanner I would scan it if needed, but I'm sure there are better CPO's out there that have already been scanned.

Do you know anything about MAYBE a replacement "bezel"? This one's a little flaked... but not a huge deal right now.

A replacement bezel will never happen, you'll have to touch yours up. Unless somebody has a NOS one you'll have to work with what you've got.

Well... poop.

Oh well, it still looks pretty good for now.

I really half regret buying this thing... but when you see one just sitting there and you technically can afford it... ... it's really hard to pass up. lol

The score display on yours is scratched up like all the others i've seen. I stripped off all the old ink and had a new vinyl overlay with a clear laminate cut to cover the plex.

I'm jealous

I'm broke... so I'm jealous of you. lol

I HATE they started the auction off with the ICB, was literally the first arcade machine they auctioned. I wish they'd've saved it for last... no only would there have been fewer people, but I would've been just as broke, but with more machines. lol

I just played it at the Pinball Hall of Fame, and am itching to play it again... but won't be able to until Karl's shows up at the Seattle show in June.

Love that game. I played that and Zeke's Peak last weekend at Karl's house. Lots of fun. I had one game where I got past #9 on my first ball, but couldn't complete #10. It's very addicting. - Barry

I have myself one and it is a treat I must say, I can tell you that a repro CPO is available on on my machine, its pretty nice, here is the link.......

Just got a new set of motors as mine worked but noisy, easy to fix and a blast to play, good pickup!

Well, hopefully after I get these rectifiers replaced, I will be able to back you up on that. Looks fun as hell... Makes a great paper weight right now too. :)

The only piece I was worried about was the bezel. The playfield is great, the sideart is... ... there... the CPO is in great shape (just a little dirty).

Okay, replaced the rectifiers on the PS with some that I got at Radioshack... they didn't line up with the holes on the PCB, so I just soldered them to the pads underneath. Working fine.

The machine still reset, so I started flexing the board and found the socket the 6116 was in was bad. So I replaced it and the socket next to it and she fired right up.

Got 3 replacement balls (they were so cheap... figured, why not?). The kicker works, all switches work with the ball... so, I just have to get the left bar re-attached to the pully and hopefully she'll be good to go by next week. I'd get her done this weekend, but I'm going to be REALLY busy today, tomorrow, and probably Monday.

So, I didn't really over-pay for it after all... granted, it was still expensive, but I REALLY wasn't expecting to see it there. Easy fixes so far, and appears to be good to go for now.

Video was before I got the replacement balls:

Its a great game and everyone enjoys it. I got mine in working condition locally at an awesome price. I had never heard of it before and someone responded to an arcade machine wanted post in a local ad I placed. Turned out it was one owner, his father bought it for a bar he used to own.
There was an NOS bezel on ebay about a year ago. Im really sorry I passed on it but I know it didnt sell on that particular auction. Maybe one day it will pop back up?
I have replacment motors back in stock now if you need some....most do.

I know the right one is a bit loud... I've wiggled it around a little and that helped shut it up for the most part. But, yeah... in the long run, I'll probably want to get a couple sets of spare motors eventually.

I'm not too worried about the bezel, it's really not scratched that much. But I'd love to get an NOS one and get some sort of protective coating on the back of it to keep it from getting scratched in the future... or at least until they make some good repros.
