I take my shits extremely seriously. I treat them as a spiritual experience.
It simply proves that polarizing drama gets attention. Admit it, how many people read the headlines on the Hollywood mags at the grocery store checkout, when we are old enough that we don't even have a clue who most of those people are they are baggin' on.
If you guys really gave a crap about which of Walter's friends that came to Ottumwa were amazing all around game players, you'd be talking about Eric Ginner, Ben Gold, and Steve Harris. You don't because they don't give any polarized schtick for you guys to feed upon.
Interestingly, probably one of the best gamers then and now that plays at a level of savante skill on a ton of really difficult arcade games is....Dwayne Richard. Why do you guys not go on and on about him....because he isn't marketing himself every day of every week like Walter and Billy. Plus he doesn't have the grandiose larger than life Darth/Dirty Hairy schtick going down.
As far as judging any from a movie, and "guessing" at how the editor's did or didn't cut it.....man, haven't you ever been tricked at the start of a commercial on these reality TV shows. they totally make you think the person is gonna do some doosh move or another, then it comes back from commercial break and the full discussion isn't anything like what they edited. Suspending disbelief is what us as consumers excel at, Hollywood counts on it to keep our attention.
