I have an older cabinet that I am trying to rewire to a JAMMA harness. I'm pretty sure I got everything done except the buttons. I just got a new 60 in 1 PCB and wanted to test it, and this is what the screen looks like

It looks like it's trying to display correctly but something with the sync or refresh is off? How do I adjust that? The cabinet had a "ZIG ZAG" knockoff PCB that worked fine before I ripped all the old wiring out.

The old wiring conencted differently to the monitor, so I cut off the old end and did a quick jump like this that I do plan on making better when I get a real connector.

Would that be the issue? Or is there an adjustment I need to do on the PCB or monitor?

Ok, actually I figured out there was a dipswitch on the PCB that changed the refresh rate and fixed that, but the screen seems to be rotated slightly to the left. I tried the 4 pots on the monitor buy they seem to just do contrast and brightness.

the yoke turned

the yoke is the red square
the bolt in the circle loosens it from the neck (assuming its a k4900 like the one in the picture). maybe it is loose?

I wouldn't mess with it unless you know what you are doing...
HIGH VOLTAGE in this area!

maybe the shroud is just crooked or the monitor can be rotated slightly from how it is mounted? :D

do you have some close up pics of this area of the tube? maybe it will show it has moved.
also, looks like you need to adjust the BLACK LEVEL or SCREEN to make it darker as well as the FOCUS
