Hey guys, kind of a new collector from Chicago. I say kind of since I used to own a Pengo about 6 years ago. I finally am living in a place where I could keep some games! In the past couple weeks I've gotten 3 machines:
Centipede- in original cab in decent shape. Already ordered a new trackball for it, also needs a new overlay and the monitor convergence tweaked.
Vs. Duck Hunt Unisystem- Used to be a different nintendo game, not sure what. It was repainted brown by someone. Works alright, seems pretty difficult, not sure if its the gun or how it is supposed to be...I already cleaned the gun lense and adjusted the monitor. Also, speaker hums I think the sound board needs a cap kit.
Stargate- This one is in rough shape, but I got it for free. It was broken when I got it, but it turned out to be a blown fuse on the PS board. Just needed a little bit of monitor tweaking and now it works awesome! Overlay is in terrible shape, so I plan to replace that.
Definitely enjoying the hobby so far. I'm keeping an eye out for Robotron, Warp Warp, and the san fransisco rush sit down game.
