New In Box (NIB) Pac Man On Ebay!!!

Not a classic and therefore not interesting at all. I get so annoyed by the deceitful titles in threads like this. If it was a NIB PAC Man like your title implied it would be awesome

Title = oh boy!
Clicked link = sweet, it is new in the box and original Namco.
Clicked second pic = wait a moment...

These are available new still, so this is nothing special.
Subject line was misleading.

About 15 years ago there was a guy who uncrated an original NIB Ms. Pac-Man upright. I Googled around and I can't find it any more. It was in a wooden crate. He took pictures of every step of the un-crating.

I'm sure one of you guys can find it if you Google deeply enough.

Yes, there were some other NIB games, including Crush Roller and Robotron, that came out of that same warehouse.

Yeah that was the guy from twobits.com ...only thing was the Ms pac was the later version with decals so kind of took away some of the nostalgia for me but it was original as the later run ms pacs did use decals and not silkscreen...

I do know for a fact that there are several vendors who have some NIB original Pacman and Ms Pacman yet to be sold or let go...but we will just have to wait until they die or just decide they want them out of the way before they will hit the market.....I have an original pacman in super nice original condition..but for me a boxed one would be the grail of all grails...as Pacman really set it all in motion in the 80's

In all seriousness though the countertop things where you shove a raspberry pi in them and the pos ones I see everywhere on craigslist made me loose all respect for countertops. Not saying all are bad but not my cup of tea as it isn't a "real vendable machine"

Yes, I hear you about Pac-Man. It was a turning moment for a lot of people in North America. For me, the video age hit a little earlier as I was actively playing Space Invaders and Asteroids before Pac-Man even hit the scene.

Thinking back, that was one of my favorite scenes (inside the skating rink, over by the food court.... Space Invaders, Asteroids, and three pinball machines <don't remember the names>). By the time Pac-Man hit, I don't recall ever seeing another pinball machine in the place as video games had officially taken over!
